Acceptance

By using khramz you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in email and password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Pro subscription

Pro plans are billed via Stripe Checkout. You can cancel anytime via the Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — no refunds for partial periods.

Content

Recipes, the STRONG program, and the journal are informational. They are not medical advice. Consult a qualified clinician for medical decisions.

Intellectual property

khramz content (articles, recipes, program, videos, design) is © khramz. The data you enter (weight, profile, results) belongs to you and we never sell it.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as-is. We make no warranties about accuracy or fitness for any particular outcome.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, khramz is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

Governing law and venue are specified by khramz operating from its registered jurisdiction; details will be added in writing before public launch.
