This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to control it.
What we collect
- Your email — for sign-in, account, and Sunday letters.
- Nutri-test answers (age, height, weight, goal, activity, allergies) — health data, explicitly consented per GDPR Art.7(2) and 152-FZ Art.9(1).
- Your weight check-ins — only when you enter them.
- STRONG program state — your chosen frequency, environment, and completed sessions.
- Your interface language (RU or EN).
Why
- To run your account and keep you signed in.
- To track and personalize your STRONG progress.
- To calculate your calorie and macro targets.
- To send Sunday letters if you opted in.
How long we keep it
Account data lives for the lifetime of your account. Delete the account and all your rows are removed (see your rights below).
Your rights
- Unsubscribe from emails in one click from any letter.
- Download all your data as JSON from your account screen.
- Delete your account from your account screen — all data is removed.
- Anything else: write to us.
Cookies and tracking
We use Plausible analytics — cookieless and without third-party identifiers. The only cookie we use is the Supabase auth session cookie, which keeps you signed in.
Legal basis
Within the EU we rely on GDPR Art.6(1)(b) (contract) for account data and Art.6(1)(a) (explicit consent) for nutri-test health data.
In Russia we process personal data under 152-FZ. Health data requires explicit written consent per 152-FZ Art.9(1).
